The aircraft meets the requirements of the Certification Basis corresponding to the AR-25 Air Regulations for passenger category aircraft that are harmonized with FAR 25 .

The aircraft subject to delivery shall be provided with the External Noise Certificate that meets ICAO requirements of Annex 16, Chapter 3 (Volume 1, edition 3, 1993).

Engines of the aircraft subject to delivery meet ICAO emission requirements of Annex 16 (Volume 2, edition 1, 1981).

The aircraft shall be operated at ICAO Category II airfields.
