MAINTENANCE

Aircraft components, units and assembly are operated of the following ways:

  • Resource maintenance ;
  • On-condition maintenance with reliability level control.

It is stipulated by aircraft maintenance regulations to carry out operational and
periodic forms of maintenance:

  • Line maintenance check
  • Scheduled maintenance check
  • Maintenance in store
  • Maintenance after emergency cases occurred during flight or on ground

Maintainability

  • Easy access to wing attachment fitting, tail units and primary structural member for visual and instrumental monitoring.
  • Glider primary members, engine components, windmill units, landing gear and control system are adjusted for using nondestructive control technique.
  • Anticorrosion protection of all design elements, using of lasting paint-and-lacquer coating and composites make the aircraft to be operated in every weather conditions.
  • Standard instruments and ground support equipment are generally used by maintenance.

Maintenance support

Engineering support system ensures planned and operative trips of UAC’s support team to the aircraft allocation site for checking of aircraft operating condition. On the basis of information obtained according the corresponding design and maintenance engineering measures and recommendations are developed .

The central UAC’s warehouse and branches dispose enough value of spare parts, having limited life time or proved to be broken down during operation, and also quick wearing parts which could be delivered to the customer “on-call” basis.

UAC’s call center is available 24 hours / 7 days.

The orders execution is provided for:
The orders execution is provided for:

  • on urgent orders               within 4 hours
  • on critical orders               within 24 hours
  • on general orders            within 7 days.

Spare parts support

Spare parts delivery system includes central consignment storage and regional warehouses where aircrafts are operated. By agreement with the customer it is possible to establish storages facilities at aircraft home base, whereas regular inventory and storage renewal according to spare parts consumption would be provided.

Documentation & information support

  • Notification about design modifications and improvements;
  • Service bulletin;
  • Periodic information bulletin;
  • Repair documentation and other technical and maintenance documentation modifications
