The training is based on the certified training center. Training and retraining are carried out by high qualified specialists with great teaching experience.

Duration of training and retraining depend on qualification of trainees, aircraft modification, and training program as well.

Training is provided for the following specialists:

Flight personnel:
Pilot, Pilot-instructor, Steward, Steward-instructor
Ground personnel (maintenance engineers):
Airframe & Engine; Avionics.

Stages of flight personnel training program

Theoretical  training

Flight personnel theoretical training is carried out in Aviation Training Center (ATC) equipped with PC and video projection system, as well as in cockpit system simulator.

Simulator training

Simulator training is carried out in Aircraft Complex Simulator by pilot-instructor and instructor flight-engineer of ATC  providing further  aerodrome flight training.

Aerodrome flight training

Aerodrome flight training is conducted at the ATC’s or customers  facilities according to the preliminary agreed program.

Stages of engineering and technical personnel training program

Theoretical and practical training

Engineering and technical personnel theoretical and practical training is carried out for the following specialties: airframe & engine, avionics and conducted in ATC classes as well as on the aircraft. Practical training is performed at the  manufacturing plant workshops.

Internship

Engineering and technical personnel internship is conducted by UAC’s specialists during aerodrome flight training as well as during  commercial operations.
