Dr Bose has more than 25 years of experience in dealing with Russian business enterprises. He has successfully completed many projects in Russia. In addition to managing Hindavia he is currently also director of the Bangalore based company Astri Sales and Services Pvt.Ltd dealing exclusively with Indian Space Research Organisation. He is a qualified doctor of medicine and has a PhD in biochemistry.  He is also well versed with Russian legal, cultural and economic systems Along with speaking fluent Russian he is able to speak a number of other European and Indian languages. The unique combination of an analytical scientific approach, language skills and business experience forged in successful collaborative enterprise make him an ideal candidate to launch Russian aviation into Indian skies.

Managing Director: Capt.R.N.Tandon
Capt. RN Tandon started his flying career in Nov 1956 and logged almost 24000 hrs of flying. Capt.RN Tandon commandeered a range of Passenger Aircrafts- DC-3, F-27, B-737 and Airbus-300. Capt.RN Tandon has been a Check Pilot, Instructor and Examiner  for the above aircraft as well.

A few senior Indian pilots those in the management of airlines have been trained/ examined by him at some point of time in their careers.

Capt. RN Tandon held positions in the Indian Commercial Pilots Association.

Indian Airlines has 4 Regions defined- North, South, East and West and during his tenure  Capt. R.N. Tandon held the posts of:

Director of Flight Safety
Director of Operations 
Regional Director

In these roles he was responsible for ensuring:

• Operations and Flight Safety
• smooth functioning of Engineering, Transport, Finance and all other support departments in the region.
• Administrative control of all the departments in the region
• Liaison with local Media, Government Departments, Airport Authority of India, DGCA and other Regulatory Authorities.
• Harmonious Industrial relations with Unions & Associations.

Technical Director: Mr. Pramod Rajan
Mr. Pramod Rajan an Aeronautical Instrumentation Engineer by profession, has vast experience in Facility generation, Instrumentation systems and their calibrations, spectroscopic analysis of fuel gauges, commissioning, testing and airplane re-fitment exercises. Mr. Pramod Rajan was involved in assessing, data basing and carrying out in-depth studies of spares procurements and analyzing configurations that meets different needs and requirements of the aviation market in South East Asia.

Mr. Pramod Rajan has been involved in various high level negotiations and has been instrumental in converting strategic level projects into tactical level executions. Mr. Pramod Rajan has vast experience in Russian Federation and erstwhile Member States. His techno-commercial acumen rightly befits this organization and his re-engineering management styles benefit the end users as well, in terms of right and apt trade-offs wherever needed.

Mr. Pramod Rajan is responsible for vetting the technical aspects of aircrafts, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles of various makes procured by Hindavia in the Russian Federation and erstwhile Member States.
