ILYUSHIN FINANCE COMPANY
ILYUSHIN FINANCE COMPANY (IFC) is the leader in aircraft leasing in Russia and Common Independent States. Most of the aircraft presently manufactured and sold by the Russian Plants are being financed by Ilyushin Finance Company.

About the Company

Joint Stock Company “Ilyushin Finance Co” (IFC) was set up in 1999.
The company’s principal business is financial operational leasing of modern Russian made commercial aircraft within Russian Federation and other countries.

After-Sale Support
24Hrs x 7 Days = 365Days – main principles of customer support services.

The operator support program is organized by Ilyushin Finance Co. on “power by the hour” basis, and may cover:

  • Engines, auxiliary power unit, avionics, landing gear, elements of interior;
  • Regular checks, including heavy checks;
  • Access to spare part pool;
  • Engineering services.

Supply of spare parts from the pool is organized for aircraft in the AOG situation under the 3 hrs - 24hrs - 36hrs scheme, depending on the complexity of the failure. For serious defects caused by an incident, supply periods may vary.
Support programs are implemented on the basis of fixed or floating rates.

A smooth support program enables Ilyushin Finance Co. customers to:

  • Maintain high dispatch reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure failure-free operation and reliability of aviation equipment.

Organization of Training

For airline operators, Ilyushin Finance Co. provides:

  • high-quality training of Flight and Cabin crews, and Engineering staff, using advanced training facilities and methods of teaching, including online computer applications, stationary simulators, and complex aircraft simulators;
  • financing of supplies of technical training facilities, including procedural and full-motion simulators

Comprehensive training offered by Ilyushin Finance Co. allows to minimize the airlines’ costs for training their flight and technical staff and to maintain their qualification level.

TASHKENT AVIATION PRODUCTION CORPORATION named after V. CHAKALOV

Tashkent Aviation Production Corporation named after V.Chkalov in 1998 serially produces airplane IL - 114 -100 designed by ILYUSHIN design bureau. The IL-114-100 airplane version was made on the basis of the IL-114 airplane. The maiden flight was carried out on January 26, 1999, followed by type certification in December 1999.

The airplane powered by two PW-127H engines manufactured by «Pratt & Whitney» (Canada) with six-blade low-noise composite HS568F-7 propeller manufactured by «Hamilton Sundstrand» (USA). The new power plant permits to increase the flight range and provide low noise level in passenger compartment and outboard. Take-off and landing characteristics including those under mountainous terrain and high temperature conditions were improved.

The IL-114-100 is suitable for regional routes, able to operate from small (with length at most 1500 meters) unpaved runways and flying at day/night in all-weather conditions. For autonomous operations at ill-equipped airfields the airplane has built-in passenger-boarding ramp and auxiliary power unit (APU) GTCP36-150[KL] manufactured by «AlliedSignal» (USA).

The IL-114-100 airplane is designed for operation on local routes in order to provide passengers with services close by its comfort level to those at long-haul routes.

The National Air Company Uzbekistan Airways has been exploiting the aircraft IL-114-100 since 2003. The aircraft meets all demands of modern market of aviation transportation and differs on optimal correlation of aircraft performance and economic characteristics. It is efficient in terms of fuel consumption which is particularly important in today’s conditions of fuel costs growth. By now IL-114-100 has successfully been accomplishing regular flights on routes of national air company.

In August, 2006 the airplane constructed at the State Joint-Stock Company Tashkent Aviation Production Corporation named after V.Chkalov was fully modernized. Distinguishing feature of the new aircraft IL-114-100 is the fact that not only some of its parameters have been modernized but also avionics as a whole. Designers of the aircraft – Open Joint-Stock Company IL of Russia – took into account all wishes and proposals of Uzbek aviators and aircraft constructors. Since August 2006 till august 2008 about 100 test flights total duration 300 hours were carried out.

The aircraft proved itself well during test flights. IL-114-100 was supplied with modern Russian equipment, latest avionics of the U.S.-based Rockwell Collins Company. Aircraft capacity is 52 up to 64 passenger seats, as may be required by operator. Thanks to new equipments the takeoff weight of the aircraft came down to 430 kg that automatically increases flight distance.

The onboard integrated avionics system provides a variety of flight control functions in all flight phases from takeoff to landing, including optimized manual or automatic air navigation with automatic en-route flight mode corrections in any climatic zone, any time or day, in any weather conditions, and also manual, automatic, and flight director approach modes in ICAO Categories I and II meteorological minimum conditions.

On August 14, 2008 newly modified lL-114-100 aircraft was handed over to Uzbekistan Airways.

ENIKS UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE PLANT

ZAO ENIKS private limited company specializes in development, production and operation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) used for surveillance, mob control, traffic control, rescue  operations and aerial view of forest fires and flooded fields

ZAO ENIKS holds licenses for development, production and repair of unmanned aircraft. The quality of services it renders is certified by ISO 9001. ENIKS executes a complete cycle of design and production of aerial vehicles and land based equipment. In 2003, its two new manufacturing facilities were commissioned, which increased the output of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles to hundreds of units per year. The company also carries out a complete range of trials, from laboratory checks to flight tests. A team of servicing specialists have been trained to carry out service and maintenance of the UAV.

The remote surveillance system created in 2004 is so light that a single man carried in a special back pack. UAV provides a bird's eye view of terrain at a distance of up to 10 km. In its performance the system is far superior to other competitive products and specially the compactness and easy operation of the UAV. The company promotes new design and decisions in bringing down the cost of UAV’s through standardization of their sub units and components.

The systems developed at ENIKS are fully automatic, reliable, simple to use and inexpensive  to maintain. It requires no time consuming crew training and needs no  proving as it can be deployable practically offhand. Re-usability is also a significant advantage once the flight is complete.
